Free TV on Chooseandwatch.com
The best thing about Internet is there are a lot of freebies. Free photos, videos, newspaper, radio … name it and they are available for free.
Of course I’m exaggerating. There are a lot of advertisements but that’s a little price to pay considering the benefits you could get. Plus, you have the option not to be victimized by these multinationals…
Two weeks ago I discovered Chooseandwatch.Com. It describes itself as “a free TV portal where you can watch only the best online TV channels. Now with bigger screen and more channels than ever.â€Â
Just five minutes ago, I watched, for 30 minutes, a TV show. It must be pretty old episode of a radio show because the resolution is not so high. There are around 250 channels in the website, categorized into News, Sports, Educational, Reality, Adult, etc. Windows Media Player is imbedded in the website so you do not have to download anything. Some, however, require Apple Quicktime.
I tried watching AXN and it was showing Terminator. I looked it up on our TV and it was showing the same movie, only the streaming on my PC is delayed by 30 seconds. You could see the logo of Destiny Cable in the live streaming.
There are no live streaming, however, of US channels, like Fox, NBC or ABC. For that, you have to get TVU PLayer. I already had a post about that when we had no cable TV for four days because of the typhoon.
