		<description>Dude... I don&#039;t seriously get where you&#039;re heading with this... shouldn&#039;t you (for the most part) argue directly to the head of operations (the owners of Cd-R King) instead of the head of distribution (the manager of that branch or the branch owner)?

Product misplacement, mismatched price listings, factory defects, limited item stocks, and damaged products within store premises are all a common occurence in all brands of things you buy in any place, at any time, in any country. I&#039;d really give cd-r king a thumbs down if it weren&#039;t for it&#039;s customer support and product warranties.

If you have complaints, go on head to head... not play it all low and use the internet to vent out your problems... do that &quot;when&quot; the top brass of the company don&#039;t give a damn of you complaints. Then,you can go all OJ Simpson on the company... Just like one other unsatisfied Mac user.

(if you dunno&#039; about that little story, then let me lay it down for you. A Mac Laptop user noticed something wrong with his laptop monitor and figured that it had to be a factory defect. He had it checked out at an apple store. They told him that the monitor was damaged and needed pay for a replacement. The guy was appalled at the idea of paying for a defect but none the less went on with the repair just because he loved the &quot;brand&quot;. When the laptop was up and ready for pick up, he found an additional pay for internal replacements... &quot;the fuck&#039;s this?&quot; he asked the technician... and the guy goes, &quot;well, technically you spilled coffee over your laptop, that&#039;s what.&quot; 

Now pissed off with what he&#039;s heard, he paid for the damn excess repair despite his arguments and sent a complaint to the Main company. No response.

In a fit of rage, he got a camcorder, gave a speech of his dissapointment with Apple&#039;s service and got a bat and... SMASHED his laptop... then sent it into youtube. The entire internet community was outraged with apple&#039;s move. The capitalist company, seeing it&#039;s name thrown off a building met with the man and gave him a new laptop as an apology.)</description>
