		<description>DIGITEL was great years ago. I tried to subscribe on the P777 plan. I was denied because I don&#039;t make P20K.  the funny thing they have to check where I work.  Hindi naman sila credit card company eh bakit nila malaman kung saan ako nag ttrabaho. It&#039;s not their problem where I get the money.  I pay all my bills in full and it&#039;s only this time I needd their service.  sobrang maarte sila.  I paid them the P777 without question. and WHen I wanted to get the refund back, &quot;2 Weeks po at galing Manila pa&quot;.              DO NOT GO DIGITEL ... Try the other carriers : Bayantel, Smart, or PLDT.</description>

		<description>This is true even of their DSL!  We have been calling them almost every day to complain about our DSL connection, but they keep on promising without doing anything to come out with concrete solutions!

Worse, they make their customers feel stupid for calling them.  If only there was no binding contract, we could have changed our internet connection since our first month.

Even if DIGITEL pays millions for its advertisements if they don&#039;t improve their service, they would never get new customers!!!!</description>
