Don’t you just hate it when you want to charge your phone and yet cannot find the charger? How many hours have you wasted looking for the cable to charge your iPod? And how many times have you experienced having a device that you cannot charge because, well, you just don’t have the correct cable?

I’ve been trying to format a virus-infected USB drive, but I cannot get it to work using my Xandros on my EEEPC (instructions here). What would take hours of trying to figure out how to do it, was done in a matter of seconds in Macbook.

Oh yeah, I was stupid. How could such a helpdesk, assisting end-users in their computer/POS/printer/scanner issue be such a dumb and have his computer infected with a virus? Plus, I’m beginning to love Linux.

I know at one point you wished you could save the maps you see in Google Maps. Maybe it was for a project, or perhaps you can’t be online every day to access the map. I was able to device a way in saving Google Maps out of frustration since online resources didn’t work.

You know that you are living in a Filipino home if you see new appliances and furniture covered with plastics. Owners don’t want their prized belongings to get old so they will hold on to the cover until they realize that maybe it’s time to take it out. Same with me.

Few minutes ago, I went to a computer shop to have a PDF document printed. My printer is somewhere else. As I plug in the USB back to my 8GB EEE PC, I think it caught the dreaded Conficker worm.
