Clothes to wear in a call center

Two days ago, all of the agents and back-office people were asked to wear business attire clothing. Our bosses in the United States and Germany came over for a one-day visit which I think lasted ‘tll evening.

Don't take our cursing seriously

Although it depends in the account, cursing or pagmumura in the call center is common. When you have to deal with s-t-u-p-i-d customers, or a customer who curses the moment that you answer their call, our body tells us that we have to blurt out that frustration or any negative feeling we have on our call.

Legal basis of a rest day

Every call center, may have at some instance, been greatly disadvantaged by a supposed day off. Ideally, a worker should not be in the office for not less than 24 hours for it to be considered a rest day. But because of the nature of our job, where we work in shifting and uncertain schedule, we might have deprived of our rest day.I found an article this afternoon at People’s Tonight tabloid. Sleeping in the job is good
