This is the first time I worked in a call center, heard and had some idea what its like but the real experience is really fun and challenging! tELETECH STA ROSA, people are friendly and just mind their own business, ka level mo din lang mga officers, not much hang ups, just plain work and work. For fresh grads, entry level this is a good job to start with. You will improve your communication skills and have some money to spare. This is a good company, go for it!

Pwede kayo mag-apply sa Teletech kung experience ang habol niyo or small money for keeps. Pero kung good positions ang habol niy, sa iba na lang kayo mag-apply. Years will be counted bago kayo mapromote. Sa Teletech roxas,nagtanggal ng ilang management people recently. Even the site director and Philippine manager resigned. The Pampanga site was downsized. So currently, the company is unstable and account contracts are not renewed. So think twice and ask people who’s been there bago mag-apply.

if your aiming for just experience, it’s nice to apply at teletech lipa and try ur luck, teletech at least gives u knowledge on how the call center flow works. “they hire you, once you try to fuck with them, ur done for homie” if it’s a career your aiming / looking for,. i “STRONGLY” suggest to just let this company pass by ur eyes and ears, you’ll thank me in the future. there are other companies out there that would value your undisputed hardwork.. =)

Hi. I’m Jill. Recently,I applied at Teletech Sta. Rosa. It was Tues morning that time. I wasn’t able to finish the whole process of application since there are a lot of applicants as well to be assisted by the HR staff so they’ve just decided to tell me to just go back the next day for my final interview. I went back for that last process but then the person who interviewed me told me that they’ll just call me within this week of I pass the whole application or not. I just want to ask,for how long will I be able to wait for their call since I really want to have a job.. Please I need some answers on this.. Thanks a lot..
