    sad sad reality over this type of work is that the fact that our “world” is about 8-12 hours behind, and we follow a different holiday schedule… come to think of it, working in a call center is like entering a time machine. :)

    that’s right call center is not an easy job … holidays are always a sad day for us we cannot get together with our family…working in call center is like your a robot…
