		<description>sleeping in your work will never be good. you&#039;re being paid to work not to sleep and eventually this simple ( as may sound) problem will lead into deeper kind of problem that will jeopardize not just your career but the industry as well, so better be careful.

you wont deprive yourself of sleep if you sleep in the day (its pretty much the same when you sleep at night only done in reverse) if you can&#039;t take it...look for another job! :-P</description>

According to the studies the human body needs 8 hrs sleep in a day and if some one is sleeping during the work hours then it will show in the productivity of the agents at the end of the day.
