		<description>We were surprised that the TLs of Northeast will not be conducting interviews anymore for the TL post. We thought that even if APAC is struggling with the changes that's going on and the rumors that they are closing,they are still trying practice integrity which is one of the practices that they are trying to promote ever since I've heard of them. We felt a relief that since HR will be the one to conduct interview unlike before that the TLs are the one doing it.We will not experience biased interviewers and rest assurred that everything will be fair.
     Until interview came and I personally witnessed how they handled it. I was so surprised that one of the HR personnel wearing brown polo that day approached one applicant and personally assisst and  introduced him to the interviewer as a "Friend". I believe this type of approach is much worst than considering someone who's already an ATL of the same account.
     We will not be surprised if this agent from Unicare will be considered for the position thinking he's from the latest wave but  bec of  the influence he has and special treatment during interview,I have no doubts.
     No wonder APAC is being left by their Agents.</description>
