JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least HIGH SCHOOL Graduate
• Excellent English communication skills
• Good comprehension & listening skills
• General computer skills & has strong analysis
• Ability to meet performance targets, result oriented
• Willing to work graveyard shifts
• Can work effectively under pressure
• With at least 3-6 months call center experience
• With customer service/ outbound call experience
