Dell’s Bad Customer Service
A purported customer talking to a technical support of Dell. If I were the agent, I could have disconnected the call when he cussed for the third time.
The customer’s computer is frozen to the screen that says Windows is shutting down. It’s been sitting there for three hours. People who is familiar with how Windows works should at least know that if the screen is frozen, you need to manually turn the machine off.

Wow…This call reminds me of my “inbound” days…hihi.
I really feel bad for the agent - hmm, I did release an irate (no, abusive!) call once or twice (shh!).Noone should have the right to curse and insult you especially if they are STUPPPIIDDD (hello! turning a laptop off is like learning ABC’s!).
You’re right though - he should’ve friggin’ released the call the 3rd time the man said crap hehe. I guess the agent made the customer mad when he started asking those verification crap. :D
