		<description>it was funny when the TSR said &quot;oh you definitely don&#039;t want to do that...&quot; well, he could definitely just say yes to stop that cussin&#039; customer lol..probably to piss him off? yeah I got a call like that before because I refused to replace the DVD drive, and he was screaming the hell out of himself..and acting unmove does make them scream more..lol

I really feel bad for the agent - hmm, I did release an irate (no, abusive!) call once or twice (shh!).Noone should have the right to curse and insult you especially if they are STUPPPIIDDD (hello! turning a laptop off is like learning ABC&#039;s!).

You&#039;re right though - he should&#039;ve friggin&#039; released the call the 3rd time the man said crap hehe. I guess the agent made the customer mad when he started asking those verification crap. :D
