I really feel bad for the agent - hmm, I did release an irate (no, abusive!) call once or twice (shh!).Noone should have the right to curse and insult you especially if they are STUPPPIIDDD (hello! turning a laptop off is like learning ABC's!).

You're right though - he should've friggin' released the call the 3rd time the man said crap hehe. I guess the agent made the customer mad when he started asking those verification crap. :D
