The Moment of Truth for GMA, Neri

One of the shows I’m currently hooked with is Fox’s The Moment of Truth. Hosted by Mark Walberg in its US version, the show asks 21 questions that the selected contestant need to answer truthfully, otherwise they go home with no prize. Contestants undergo a plogyraph test where 50 questions are asked and from these 50, 21 will be selected. If the contestant was able to answer all the questions truthfully, they go home with $ 500, 000. MORE »

Congratulations, UP Pep Squad

If there’s one thing that the Iskolar ng Bayan watch out for in UAAP, it would be the cheering competition. This is the only game where we definitely win. And yesterday’s competition was no different. UP emerged as the back-to-back champion, besting seven other schools including its archrival UST Salinggawi Dance Troupe.

The first time I watched the cheering competition was when I was a freshman. As I watch them dance yesterday, I still get goosebumps all over my body.

By the way, the reporter you see in the video was my classmate in Math 1 which was in Filipino. She really had those big bumpers and you can not not notice her since she’s in front of the class and I come into the room through the oor near to her.
