Whenever you call their call center, which takes a long time before they answer the phone, all the agents could do is to file a report/update the case. One time, I asked for the reason for having no dial tone, the Bisayan accented agent said : “May network problem po.” When I pressed for more details, she just said “May problema po sa network.” Very informative.
