Indian Outsourcing Company Outsources Its Employees

An interesting article came in the New York Times today, entitled “Outsourcing Works So Well, India Is Exporting Jobs.” Indian company Infosys Technologies apparently trains agents/programmers from China, Morroco and Mexico, and after six months, the employees will go back to their home country and work for the business Infosys has put up. Strong currency and higher labor cost prompted Infosys and Tata Consultancy Service to create this business model. MORE »

I became a journalism trainer for almost a month for students of Mandaluyong Elementary School. They range from Grade IV to VI.
